Lisa Schmitz Lisa Schmitz grew up in Limon, Colorado. She completed her Bachelor's degree in English at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Lisa received her Master's degree in guidance and counseling from Adams State College in Alamosa, Colorado. She has worked for USD 380 since 1992. Lisa serves as the guidance counselor for grades K-12 and the High School Forensics coach. She can be reached at schmitzl2@usd380.com
