Marsha Walters Marsha Walters grew up in Centralia, Kansas. She attended elementary schools in Frankfort and Centralia before graduating from Centralia High School. She attended Highland Community Jr. College and the University of Hawaii prior to completing her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University. Marsha taught first grade for 23 years with her first 11 years at B&B Elementary and following 12 years at Centralia Elementary. In 98-99 she completed training and became a certified Reading Recovery teacher. She is presently the Reading Recovery and Title I K-3 Reading and Math teacher at Centralia Elementary. She is married to David and they have three children, Roxanne, Blake, and Dustin. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her grandchildren at home and enriching their experiences with musicals, festivals, zoos, and events. She can be reached at waltersm@usd380.com.
