Tom Crowther

Tom Crowther grew up in the mountains of southern Colorado. After high school, he attended Brigham Young University and completed his BA in mathematics at Adams State College in Alamosa, Colarado. Since moving to Kansas in 1988, he has been working for USD 380 as the district technology coordinator and system administrator of the computer networks. He also maintains the Centralia School web page. His main classes consist of mostly high school students, however Mr. Crowther finds himself often helping grade school students with their projects on computers. Tom's high school classes include computer programming with Microsoft Visual Basic .net, Computer Applications with Microsoft Office, Web Page Design with various Adobe products, Cisco networking, Computer Maintenance & Repair , and 8th grade Math. Outside of the classroom, Tom coaches the cross country team, the high school and junior high school scholars' bowl teams, and is an assistant coach of the high school track teams. Mr. Crowther is married to Mickie, has 4 children; Heidi, Katie, Jake, and Jenny. He enjoys outdoor sports, being with his family, and of course technology gadgets.
