Glenda Wood

Glenda Wood was born the seventh of eight children and grew up around the national parks in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. She graduated from Kanab High School and attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah, earning her degree in vocal and instrumental music. As part of her college experience, she traveled to perform at venues such as Moscow and St. Petersburg Russia, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.. Her teaching experience includes over 15 years in public schools, and many years as a private voice and piano instructor. She is married to Ryan, who is currently an active duty Army soldier working in hospital administration at Fort Riley. She has two daughters, Jessica and Kennedy. She enjoys spending time with her family and two miniature dachshunds, Zoey and Bella. Her hobbies include singing, playing the piano, watching football, sleeping in, and eating peanut butter cups. Glenda can be reached at
